The day starts early at Pool Mart, with the morning water testing routine for our display models. As one of the service technicians, I ensure everything’s perfect before customers arrive.
First Appointment – 9:00 AM
Today’s first stop is in Lockport, NY, where we’re installing a new swim spa for a family looking to combine fitness with relaxation. The precision required for these installations never ceases to amaze me.
Midday Tasks – 12:30 PM
Back at the showroom in Tonawanda, I spend time helping customers understand their pool filter options. It’s rewarding to see their faces light up when they grasp how different filtration systems work.
Afternoon Service Call – 2:00 PM
A quick drive to Orchard Park for a hot tub maintenance check. These routine visits are crucial for keeping our customers’ investments in top shape.
Late Afternoon – 4:00 PM
Time for inventory check and preparing quotes for tomorrow’s above-ground pool installation in Depew. I particularly enjoy this part because:

End of Day – 5:30 PM
Before heading home, I update our installation schedule for the Olean area. Another satisfying day helping Western New York families create their perfect backyard oasis.
