A Day in the Life at Core Progression Personal Training

6:00 AM – Starting the Day Right

As the sun peeks over the Denver skyline, I arrive at our state-of-the-art facility in the vibrant RiNo district. Before my first client arrives, I take a few moments to review their personalized training plan and ensure the studio is ready for our session.

8:00 AM – One-on-One Training

My first client of the day is a busy executive looking to improve their overall fitness and reduce stress levels. We begin with a dynamic warm-up, focusing on mobility and flexibility. Then, we move into a full-body workout tailored to their specific goals, incorporating a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and mindfulness techniques.

10:30 AM – Group Fitness Class

Next up is our popular Toning class, where clients from all over Denver, including LoDo and Five Points, come together to sculpt their bodies and build lean muscle. We focus on compound exercises using various equipment, such as resistance bands, kettlebells, and TRX suspension trainers. The energy in the studio is contagious, and everyone leaves feeling empowered and accomplished.

12:30 PM – Nutrition Consultation

After a quick break, I meet with a client seeking guidance on developing a sustainable and balanced nutrition plan. We discuss their lifestyle, preferences, and goals, and I provide tailored recommendations to support their fitness journey. Proper nutrition is a crucial component of any successful training program, and I make sure to emphasize its importance.

2:00 PM – Outdoor Training Session

In the afternoon, I take a client for an outdoor training session in one of Denver’s beautiful parks. We incorporate bodyweight exercises, agility drills, and cardio intervals, taking advantage of the fresh air and scenic surroundings. These sessions are a refreshing change of pace and a reminder of the joy of movement.

4:30 PM – Personal Training Session

As the day winds down, I have a one-on-one session with a client focused on injury rehabilitation and recovery. We work closely with their physical therapist to design a safe and effective program that promotes healing and restores functional movement patterns.

6:00 PM – Wrapping Up

Before leaving the studio, I take a few minutes to tidy up, restock any necessary equipment, and plan for the next day’s sessions. Being a personal trainer at Core Progression Personal Training is incredibly rewarding, as I get to witness the transformations and successes of my clients every single day.
